Hi - I have a database form and I want a text entry to search fro a person on
the database by name, and then populate the form with the rest of te details
from that record. Surely there is a very easy way of doing this, but I seem
to be missing it.....

Hi - sorry I should have saaid in the original post. I am using Access 2003
for the database and the form.

Cool. I'm gonna suggest you post to one of the Access newsgroups, since this
one is generally used for stuff like Word and Excel templates. I think
you'll have better luck over there figuring out how to create a search form.
