Seating Charts

I need to create a seating chart that will ultimatly be printed onto 17" x 11" paper. Which program should I use to create the chart. There will be 59 seats with 8 additonal slots. I will also need to enter the various phones numbers at each seat into the presentation. For example....imagaine a teleathon, and I want to do a seating chart of where each person is sitting and be able to show the phone number for the seat they are in. One section contains 4 rows w/4 seats on each row. The next section contains 3 rows w/6 seats on each row, and finally the third section contains 4 rows w/6 seats on each row
