Secondary data source refresh

I have a master-detail table based on the Main data source, and two secondary
data sources that I would like to refresh and redisplay whenever the
master-detail section displays a different record. Is there any way to do
this?

I have tried a number of things with rules and have not been able to get it
to work. Any help would be appreciated.
