I am creating a form that requires a query to the SQL Database. I was able
to create a Data Connection to the database and table in another form but
this new form refuses to let me complete the process. It is going to the
same table and DB as my other form.
It does make the connection to the SQL server but when I select the table
(or any table) The form comes back with an error stating "An unspecified
error occurred while attempting to connect to the data source. Microsoft
Office InfoPath supports only Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office
Access Databases. Please check the connection to ensure it uses one of those
two databases."
This is very confusing because it lets me do it in one form but not another.
Is their something I missed in the form design? Can someone please point me
in the right direction?
