Is there a way to set up Outlook 2007 for secondary email account alerts?
Roady said:Mail account type to begin with.
How do you currently separate the mail accounts?
For which one do you get a mail alert?
For which don't you get a mail alert?
What kind of mail alert do you want?

inkinawink said:What do you need to know?
Roady said:Depends on how you have it configured now.

Roady said:So you have 1 Exchange account configured with an additional mailbox? No,
you cannot get a mail alert then in the form of a sound. You can add the
Inbox folder of the additional mailbox to your "Favorite Folders" list
though so you can monitor the Inbox of the other mailbox while working in
another.
