Section breaks

I inserted many documents into a document separating them
with section breaks. I want to seperate all the sections
into individual documents. Anyone know how to do that? I
can read on the bottom of the documetn that there are 45
sections.

Depending on how/if heading styles have been used, you might be able to use
the Master Document feature to break the sections into distinct documents.
