Some minor points:

1. It is a minor comment but the section group icon (the three folders icon)
is puzziling my eyes.
I suggest that another icon be found for it.

2. The name of the notebooks are specified in a ceratin font format. I would
prefer a more formal font for notebook names.

version and/or a Service Pack, you'd better post them as suggestions in
"Connect", the place for submitting suggestions and bug reports to the
developers team:
