Section groups automatically created

Onenote has been creating section groups based on all of my different
sections. e.g.: I have sections for 3 classes: Property, Research and
Writing, and Civil Procedure. (there is also on section group that I
created, which this bug doesn't seem to affect) It doesn't do anything to
the sections themselves, but does create completely blank section groups with
these as the titles. When I delete the last one, they all automatically
reappear.

Anyone have a clue as to what's going on?

Can you clarify your question - you try to delete some sections from a SG
and they later re-appear?

What is the duration of time from the deletion and the reappearance? Is
the Notebook in which the SG is located on a network share or is it
otherwise a Shared Notebook? Are you online and syncing changes when you
are deleting the files or offline?
