Section number in TOC

Is there a way to have multiple parts to a line in the TOC? For example:

Section Title Page
1 Introduction 1-1

Where "1" is the Section number, and "Introduction" is the Heading 1 text.

yeeeessss. Sorta. You use a tab mark as the spacer for the numbering.
You then customize the TOC styles.
