Section Numbering

Hi,

I would like to insert page number as follows

{Section Number}-{Page Number}

If I insert that via edit-insert-page number, it is only applied to the
active section - although the footers being the same across the whole
document. If applied to another section afterwards, the former one is removed.

The field {Section} on the other hand doesn't display the correct section
number (Number of Heading 1) as the table of contents is Section 1.

I'm using Word 2003. Please help me! This issue is driving me nuts!

In the Header/Footer of the second Section, insert the following field
construction:

{ = { SECTION } - 1 } - { PAGE }

then link the Header/Footer of all of the subsequent Sections to that in the
Previous Section.
