secure connections

I am trying to use a laptop with a wireless interent connection for uploading
in ftp my frontpage file updates but message comes back that secure
connection required. How can I override this and upload in this manner?

FP doesn't support secure FTP uploading.

I appreciate your responding but do not understand your answer. I am talking
about unsecure uploading by ftp. I am not computer language savy, so if you
could possibly assist me a little clearer, I certainly will appreciate it.
