Hi,
I have uninstalled the 60 day trial of Office 2007 Professional and
installed the Enterprise version. The installation was successful and I
updated the installation with SP1 and the latest hotfixes. I opened
Microsoft Word and activated Microsoft Office. After this I could open
Microsoft Word and other Office products without any problems....
When I double clicked on a Word document I created with the trial version I
got the error "the secure loader used to protect this software has
encountered a fatal error. Please contact your software vendor."
I tried to open an other old document and this document doesn't return the
error. However a new document with a few letters in it also returns the
error. When I click the OK button, open a new document and close the other
document, I can open the same document again without the error. Microsoft
Word seems to function fine after I clicked the OK button.
What does the Secure Loader Error mean and how can I fix this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Ramon Kroese
