secure mailbox

Outlook 2003 - Right now, everyone’s password to sign into Outlook is their
initials which, translated, means nothing is secure. The management team
must secure their mailbox and with GroupWise, we each could establish our own
confidential password. Please advise how to do same in Outlook. Thanks.

It's not an Outlook password, it's a windows domain or mail server password.
Try <ctrl><alt><del> and Change Password. Or tell us more about the email
system.
