our coo had asked me if it were possible to have a list of "safe receipt's "
he tells me that there is something similar in his msn account. the problem
he is facing is that sometimes he sends sensitive emails to the wrong people
on replies, or forwards i can password protect files but the actual email
still is viewable. i suggested using certs similar to what pgp used that way
he could only give his keys to the "special people" this seems a little harsh
and a configuration nightmare. So to sum it up we use office 2007 outlook
exchange 2003. what are my options for Safe emailing or can you control who
can read a specific email regardless if they get the email sorry if this is a
little confusing im confusing myself writing it but i need to start somewhere

Thanks

Nothing in the world will protect someone who fails to think before acting.

Certificates aren't all that hard to manage.

I don't know of any way to prevent a mail server from delivering messages to
valid addresses based on whether or not the address should receive the
message. The server can't know what mail should be routed and which ignored.
