secure private records in outlook

How can one secure various private records in Outlook Contacts from viewing
in the computer?
In Palm operating system for Palm PDA, it is possible to mark a record so it
can be secured from viewing not only on the PDA, but it is also secured in
the computer. Is it possible to secure Microsoft Outlook for
contacts in the computer??
