Secured Database does not open

I have a secured MS Access 2000 database.
It has worked well for over 3-4 months.

Now, when I try to open it asks to log in but after
logging in nothing comes up and at the Access taskbar it
says "Ready".

The file size is still 5MB which is what was supposed to
be.

Can anyone help with this one please?
