secured site

All of the sudden, I am unable to use a dialup service
(no big deal since I have DSL which is working) nor am I
able to access secured sites. I can access both my
banks' websites and links, but when I click on personal
account, it will not open. I can also access Gateway
support, but can not access the tech chat limk. Gateway
refers me to Verizon or AOL. Verizon and AOL refer me
Gateway. I am at my wits end. Any ideas?
