Securing an MS Access database...

I followed the instructions in a post that I read here. I
gave the ownership of my tables to a user account that I
created. I changed the rights for the Users group and
denied access to all objects.

Even with these steps, I can delete the System.mdw file
and gain *complete* access to the database.

What am I doing wrong? This *cannot* be Microsoft's
version of security for the database.

Yes, I am using Access 2002. It was recommended that I
visit http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;
[LN];207793 . I did, and the information is excellent.
