Securing Database issues

Hello--

I recently created a database with myself and two other
user names (as a test). I followed the user-level
security wizard and when I went to reopen the database, it
said that I didn't have appropriate permissions, when I'm
the one who created it. I was in the Admins group when I
was going through the wizard.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

The wizard created a desktop shortcut for you to launch the secure mdb. You
are attempting to open the database by some other method. As such you are
trying to open it using the standard system.mdw workgroup file, and you
don't have permissions using that workgroup.

Try the desktop shortcut.
