Securing forms

Hello,

How do you secure a form once the data has been entered
into it? Like is it posible to enter the data into a form
then view the other records in the same form without being
able to alter any of it's entries? If that makes any sense
then any help would be appreciated.

Change the following properties for the form:

Allow Additions - yes
Allow Edits - no
Allow Deletions - no
