Securing the Enterprise Resource Pool

Maybe there is a simple solution and I'm just missing it, but is there a way
to secure the Enterprise Resource Pool. We have several functional managers
who have Project Pro and to our surprise recently made some changes. Is there
a way to lock this down, limiting access to only selected individuals
(project managers)
We're using Project Pro 2003, Project Server 2003.

Jack -

You want to be sure that:

Edit Enterprise Resource Data is set to Not Allow (both Allow and Deny
unchecked) for the functional managers.

I would also question why the Project Managers can edit resource data.
That is also not very secure. Most organizations reserve the ability
to edit the resource pool and enterprise global to a small group of
people, like application admins and resource managers.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Mark

I would agree with you completely. We're actually a small group. There's
just two of us and we serve as the Product, application admins and resource
managers for our PMO.
