I am using Outlook 2007, and my internet service provider is aol.imap.com.
When I attempt to download my e-mails, I get an error message stating, "The
server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be
verified."
I have seen some posts indicating that I should download a new certificate
from AOL. However, I have visited the AOL website numerous times, and can
not find a page that permits me to download a certificate.
Like others who have the same problem, this problem surfaced about a month
ago. It is probably the result of some automatic update by Outlook, or some
change at AOL. Does anyone know how to prevent this message from occurring?
