Security Changes

I have a database that was join to a security workgroup. I was setup as an
administrator and have been performing edits to the code. I have two issues:

1) I'd like to change the properties in the database and does not allow the
change.
2) I notice that a Admin user exists but cannot determine the password.

My account appears to have full access and is part of both the Administrator
Group and the Full Permissions group.

Is there a way to unsecure a database so I can setup the permissions from
scratch?

It's actually a simple process of clearing the Admin passwords which does a
reset. Since you have admin access, it will be easy. Just do a search on
"remove security" and you'll get full instructions.
