Security Command in Tools Menu is dimmed

I recently reconfigured a computer and reloaded FrontPage
2000 onto this computer. Web files that are saved on my
server will not open on this computer now. I have
searched the knowledge base articles to try and resolve
this issue, but I have not found an answer.

Also, when I create a new page and try to save, I receive
the following error message:

"An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files.
Authors--if authoring against a web server, please contact
the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters--please
see the server's system log for more details."

Any suggestions to my dilema?

The files that will not open in FrontPage on this computer
will open on other computers. Also, on this computer I
can access those files and open them in my browser. I
believe this is a FrontPage problem.
