Security Command is dimmed

I recently reconfigured a computer and reloaded FrontPage
2000 onto this computer. Web files that are saved on my
server will not open on this computer now. I have
searched the knowledge base articles to try and resolve
this issue, but I have not found an answer.

Also, when I create a new page and try to save, I receive
the following error message:

"An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files.
Authors--if authoring against a web server, please contact
the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters--please
see the server's system log for more details."

Any suggestions to my dilema?

Windows 98SE is my OS. I have four computers with
FrontPage installed. We save all of our .htm documents to
our server which is the S:\ drive. The way I had it set
up was that each student was their own author of their
page. For example, the grade school's web site has one
author, the junior high web page has one author, and the
high school has one author. I should have access to every
page because I am the administrator.

However, when I try to open a page (any page) I receive
the following message:

"An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files.
Authors--if authoring against a web server, please contact
the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters--please
see the server's system log for more details."

I called our ISP providor and they believe that it is a
FrontPage problem as it just started happening last week.
I have never had a problem like this before. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the program.

Thank you for any help you can give.
