Security concern

I am the HR Director for a medium size manufacturing company and I suspect
that our IT person and the person who directs her may be looking at my
sensitive emails that are sent to other Directors about employee issues and
other confidential information. Is there anything I can do to verify this,
or is there a this a setting that I can enable that will allow me to know if
someone other the intended party as veiwed my emails? These IT individuals
are not the sharpest knives in the drawer.

There are seldom technological answers to behavioral problems. If you don't
trust your IT people, hire some who understand what "sensitive" means.
