Security Error Message - Can't open my database

I am receiving the following error message:

You do not have the necessary permissions to use
the "pathname/db.mdb" object. Have your systems
administrator or the person who created the object
establish the appropriate permissions for you.


It won't allow me to open the database I built and all the
users have Admin rights.

I am also having thisproblem but have found great help at
the following site www.tek-tips.com. It is free to
join. Look for the Access-other issues forum and seach
on secured databases. They give great detailed info on
how to solve this problem. In most cases, as it was in
mine, if the admin has no password you will not get the
login prompt but rtather the error message you
described. THey explain a procedure to put the password
back.
