Security Features on Access Database

Hi,
This is going to be my first time adding security features for my
database.

I want to give access to my database to my boss and his boss. But I
also want other people to look up stuff if they need to. Like look at
reports and Queries. But I don't want them to change nothing.

How can I do that?

Thanks in advance.

You can accomplish this using Access's built-in user-level security.

It has a steep learning curve, so take the time to study it (references
below), and practice on a copy of your database until you're comfortable
with it. It is important that you follow every step outlined, omitting
nothing, or your database won't be secure.

Although the whitepaper is old, it contains information to help you
understand security.

I've also outlined the detailed steps at
