Security for Custom pages

Hi,

I have created few custom ASP pages and created custom
Menu in Project Web Access. Now, i want to give security
permission for users to access the pages. By deafult, all
users can see the custom menu, which need to be avoided.
Can anybody have a idea, how to set permission for custom
pages ?
