Security for emails

I am running Exchange Server with Outlook 2003 for my clients. As the
information in the emails of some of the users is of high security we would
like to be able to password protect the opening of Outlook so others who use
the computer will not be able to see that particular users emails. We have
an work enviroment where several people use the same computer but do not
necessarilly have to log on and off to use it . The users work with the
computer sometimes for only five minutes and the time to log off and back on
is not practical. As there is a general Windows password that can be used
this does not prevent someone from clicking cancel to the password prompt and
seeing all the email that are already there.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

Best advise on the description below is to disable the use of offline
storage files (OST) and Cached mode. This will force a traditional
(OL97/2002) connection that if the user selects cancel, they won't see
another users mailbox if they accidentally pick the wrong mail profile.
