Security Issue

A fellow employee built a database and secured it at User Level. He was the
administrator. He has since left the company. No one can get to the "guts"
of this database. He obviously disabled the "shift" key because nothing
happens when we try it. Any suggestions as to how I can get to the Security
settings and make a new Administrator?

You could enable the shift key, there's a free utility available that will
do it (Google may be your friend on this one).
