Security Issue

Hi,

I have a infopath form published to a WSS site e.g.
http://domain1

This form
- Retrieves a form list from http://domain1
- Posts to same form list on http://domain1
- Posts to a web service from diffent domain http://domain2

This form is working fine for everyone except for one user.

For this user, I get security error that "Form canonot be
opened because it requests domain security level and is
only allowed restricted security level"

I looked through the newsgroup and it looks like IE
setting issue.

I tried following
- Added http://domain1 to Trusted sites (i did not reboot)
- Cleared Cache on User's machine bygoing through INFOPATH
fill out form screen.

But I still get same error for this user.

I also noticed that after the failed attempt when I go to
INFOPATH fill out form screen, I see this form
with "never" in last used and "URN" in form ID. On other
machine I see "URL" not "URN" in form id.

Any ideas..
