Security level changes with no reason in remote database

Please help, I'm keeping my Access2003 database in a
remote web server using front page extensions 2002. When
I try to open the database the first time everything is
OK, but after that it opens but restricted to read only.
I cannot add or edit data. How can I fix it?, I didn;t
add any security. thanks
