When I create a new Macro and type in Echo in the Macro Action I get the
following error message:
"The text you entered isn't an item in the list.
Select an item from the list, or enter text that matches one of the listed
items."
Not just Echo is missing from the list, other commands are also missing,
such as CreateObject, DeleteObject, etc.
There is a Note in the helpfiles for "Echo Macro Action" that says:
"This action will not be allowed if the database is not trusted. For more
information about enabling macros, see the links in the See Also section of
this article."
After reading and following the instructions in the link "Enable or disable
macros in Office documents" I still cannot get Echo to show up on the Macro
Action list and this is what I've done:
* The Trust Center settings for macros is set to enable
* I've added my Desktop to Trusted Locations (where I keep the dbase)
What else is there that I can do to make the dbase trusted?
