Security Manager

I recently downloaded the security manager add-in, however
I have a split database where the front-end is located on
each PC and the Back-end is located on the LAN. I am using
the access security on the Front-end but my question is
should I distribute the mdw file with the front-end or
should I keep the mdw file on the LAN. I am currently
using the security manager add-in to manager and change
security settings.

You should park the .mdw file on a server somewhere. Otherwise, if you add
users to the workgroup, you'll have to add it to every .mdw file on each
user's workstation.
