On my switchboard, I have several cmd buttons that lead into other forms; is
there a way that I can put a pw option on a particular cmd button on the
switchboard so the user has no to know the pw on this cmd button before it
can open onto the form?
Basically, all cmd buttons are ok to view except for one that a certain
department should not be allow to open.
If this was possible, it seems like it would save effort, time & space.
Any other suggestions to get the same result would be very helpful!

here's a link to a KB article about password protecting a form; the same basic logic can be applied to a command button.
