Can you be more specific on which updates you're
installing? If you're using the ones through
http://office.microsoft.com/productupdates which
version of Office and what is the name of the update?
What happens, exactly, when you try to install them.
If you're talking about the HOAX security updates
that are in your email or appearing in newsgroup postings
those are not from MS and can contain harmful viruses.
MS does not distribute updates by email or newsgroup
message postings.
\=============I have tried several times to install the new security
patches and they will not install.
I close everything but browsers and have the Office CD in
the CD drive.
Any ideas on what is wrong?
