Security Patch Update for Office 2000

I am trying to download software that will enable me to use Japanese
characters in Excel. According to the web, I needed to download some
security patches. However, I keep getting a message stating that I need
the following file "Data1.MSI". However I can't retrieve these files from my
2 cd's that used to install Office. Any ideas? Thanks.
