We're not satisfied with the builtin security in Office.
We want to be able to lock down any Office document so
that it can't be altered (read-only), emails can't be
forwarded, and content can't be copied to the clipboard to
be pasted somewhere else. Office security keeps poping up
password boxes unecessarily, too. We don't want popups.
If, and only if, the person wants to edit the read-only
message, they can click on the appropriate menus to type
in the password for editing. Otherwise the documents
should open without hesitation.
Does anyone use such a product?
Any suggestions?

We tried Adhaero, but it only works when all the PCs
concerned have Adhaero installed. Otherwise it does what
we want. Since we send mail outside our company, we can't
control what's installed.
