Security Runtime Packaging wizard

Hi
I have developed a database and i have secured through the workgroup.

I know want to package it with MSD Packaging Wizard.
I do not understand how to stop the Logon Dialog box appearing on a users computer.
Do i package the workgroup to load on thier computer?
Is there a step by set guide someone can share with me?
Do i need to write some extra code

I am lost
