security settings on Outlook

Hi, for testing purposes I need to configure specific security settings on
Outlook and would really appreciate help with 2 questions:

1. How can one configure Outlook to have auth_level = 5, i.e. at packet
integrity level, when packets are signed but not encrypted?

2. What combination of LM_comp level and OS on Outlook client would result
in using NTLMv1/LMv1 authentication keys?

Do you need to set this at Exchange Server level or at the network level?

This is not a configurable option from Outlook (client) and needs to be set at your server or firewall. Suggest you post to a group that addresses this issue. It is not a client level configuration.
