Dear Helpful Beings,
I have a late 2007 black MacBook running 10.5.7 and, among other applications, Microsoft Office for the Mac 2008.
My question has to so with security updates from Microsoft for my version of Office. My question is this: When I push the "Microsoft Autoupdate" button which I have placed in my Dock, will that provide me with all updates including all security updates?
I thank you very much for help.

You don't have to keep it in the Dock. You can select to automatically check
and it will notify you when there are updaters for Microsoft Office. Seems
most updates lately contain security updaters for Office.

Apple Software Updater does Apple security updates. You need both.

Yes, the Autoupdate application will download and install all available
updates for Office for Mac. Once it has finished installing one set of
updates then it automatically checks for more until they are all
downloaded and installed.

Hope this helps!
