I don't have the solution but I have the same Pb,
After Windows Udpate november,11 I have 7 unsuccessfull installation

I try to download manually the exe, but unsuccefull install
office2003-KB923097-FullFile-FRA.exe
office2003-KB924424-FullFile-FRA.exe

How to clear the notification of Windows udpate, you have 7 update
ready click here to install it ?

My Pc is:
XP Pro SP2
Office 2003 SP2

I desintaled Office 2k3 and I re-instal it.
