security warning - Access VB call

A client has an Access database that makes a call (VB) to see if
Outlook is running, if Outlook is running it responds with a security warning dialog
box that says "securty warning" and gives the name of the VB file that is
making the call. Is there a way to supress this msg. from occuring?
