Security Warning Analys32.xll

Please Help!
Every time I open excel I receive the message:Security warning
ANALYS32.XLL
contains macros by microsoft:ect.
I cannot find any macros and my excell keeps locking up on me.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the macros that excel thinks is
attached?
