Security Warning for a form in Word

I have created a form using Word and copied a marco so the end user can use
the spellcheck function in the form fields. When the user opens the program
they receive a "security warning" letting them now that this file contains a
macro. It then gives them the options to enable or disable the macros. Is
there a way to eliminate this warning?

If (a) the form is created as a template and (b) the user saves the template
in the user templates or workgroup templates folder and (c) has "Trust all
installed templates and add-ins" checked on the Trusted Sources tab of Tools
| Macro | Security, no warning will be displayed when the user creates a new
document based on the template (or opens the template). If these conditions
are not met, then the warning is inevitable unless the user has Macro
Security set to Low, which is *not* advised.
