security warning for hyperlink to pdf file on my hard drive

I get this when I make a hyperlink to a pdf file. For web links I
never get a security warning, which is good for when I see it in my
browser it should be safe; I have Norton antivirus 2007. Can this
security warning be disabled for (pdf) files from my own computer? I
could not find anything in the help on- or offline. Help would be
appreciated.

I will reply to my own post, because many more people had this
problem.
The solution that worked was found in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;829072
it works for office\12.0 too. After restarting my PC I could create
and open hyperlinks to pdf files without
a security risk warning. I don't understand nobody responded, is it
nobody cares, or is this taboo?

Sorry you didn't get a response. I missed this one. We are all volunteers
here, so we each answer what we can in the time we have.

Glad you were able to find the answer.
