Security Warning screen elimination

I installed Office 2003 Pro over Office97 Pro. Now every time I open an
access file that was originally developed with Office97 I get a security
warning that says, "Opening (file name). This file may not be safe if it
contains code that was intended to harm your computer. Do you want to open
this file or cancel?" How do I stop this warning from appearing every time I
open a file that was originally created in Office97?

You get that warning no matter what file you open.
(this has nothing to do with a97)

Just go tools->macro->security

Set it to low..and you never get a message...
