Security Warning: Unsafe Expressions are not Blocked

I just upgraded to Access 2003. Windows Update and Office Update are all
current. I have Jet Database 4.0 (sp8). When I open a database from another
computer on our home network, I get this warning. To fix it, help says go to
Tools/Macro/Security and lower the security setting, orenabvel sandbox mode.
When I go to Tools/Macro there is no Security choice or any kind. What
should I do?

Reset the menu bar so you get the option.

Right-click in the space to the right of the menu, and choose Customize.
Select the Menu Bar.
Click the Reset button.
Confirm.

You should now have the item under:
Tools | Macro | Security
