Security warning: Unsafe expressions are not blocked.

I am using MS Access 2003.
Access wants me to install Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack
8 or later. The problem is that this service pack seems
as yet unavailable! It is a nuisance to have to click
through the warning requester each time I open a file. My
previous Access had no problem with it.
Any suggestions please....
